This blog will follow the adventures of Danielle's own little wild things -- Max and Henry. Occasionally, the other men in her life -- Fang the Cat and Husband Scott -- might also make an appearance. In the words of Maurice Sendak, "Let the wild rumpus start!"

This was special. I love the picture of Max and Henry playing with the Rosh Hashanah set and more particularly the one where Scott is feeding Henry and not paying one bit of attention to the poor guy.
A happy, healthy, sweet New Year.
Happy New Year, Gerbers!
Rhona sent me your blog and I just checked it out. Loved all the pix; the boys are growing up but are still adorable. In my day, we had to take pix, get them developed and mail them to our relatives. This is infinitely better and I really enjoy your commentary. By the way, I have a couple of comments on your reading material:
I just spent a week in NYC and finished "Loving Frank" on the way home. I totally agree with your review. I could not relate to nor forgive a woman who walked out on her children no matter how hard she tried to rationalize her actions. But I must tell you that I was so surprised at the ending-never saw it coming-that I actually started crying 30,000 feet in the air. I hadn't had much sleep, but still. As for "Angle of Repose", a friend in my book club recommended it a couple of years ago despite the fact she hadn't gotten around to reading herself it and I loved it!
All the best for a healthy and sweet new year and an easy transition from one coast to the other.
Gail
